Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) is an Islamic and financial  institution with interest in subsidiary companies in various industries. TH is seeking for a dynamic, driven, agile and high-quality talent to join one of its Group companies within TH Group Services Division for the following position :-

(1) Manager, Human Resource 

Responsible to manage the overall provision of Human Resources, Policies, and programs, which includes recruitment and selection of staff, development and enhancement of policies and procedures, staff remuneration, industrial and employee relations as well as staff training development. The person needs to identify the most effective and efficient human capital requirements and structure based on the approved business and operational plan. Most importantly, the position holder needs to maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attract, retain and motivate a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels.

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Finance/Law or other related field
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in Human resource field, including industrial relations (IR) matters
  • Familiar with Employment Act 1955, Industrial relations Act 1967 and other related laws and guidelines under Ministry of Human Resources
  • Exposure to hospitality industry is a significant advantage, although not mandatory 

(2) Manager, IT Management

Responsible to formulate and implement IT strategic planning (IT roadmap) as well as leading the construction, maintenance, and taking ownership for organization IT policy including Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), operational policy, security policy, backup policy, IT compliance and regulations etc. The person needs to ensure the security and effective operation of all computer system, related applications, hardware, and software used within Company and monitor the implementation of IT projects and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Engineering Computer or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT operations and/or related field, with experience of leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems/networks, network and systems administration, network installation, databases and data storage systems and and phone systems
  • Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange
  • Exposure to hospitality industry is an advantage, although not mandatory

 (3) Senior Executive, Finance

Responsible to maintain a full set of Group accounts including but not limited to daily operations, accounts preparation, tax related matters and internal control. Preparation of timely and accurate data for monthly/quarterly/yearly Group statutory, financial and management reporting in accordance with the Companies Act 2016, Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act 1967 and TH accounting policies.

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration with major in Finance or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA/ICAEW etc) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Accounting/Management Reporting/ Audit and/or related field
  • Familiar with accounting software and proficient in MS Office (Words/Excel)
  • Exposure to hospitality industry is a significant advantage, although not mandatory 

 Candidates must possess:

  • Excellent communication skills - highly fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - analytical, critical-thinker and problem solver, commercial savvy with management and leadership skills.
  • Multi-tasker, with the ability  to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Able to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and cost-effective manner while delivering outstanding value.

Attractive remuneration package is offered. The successful applicant shall be based in Klang Valley, with the required mobility to move between Menara TH Tun Razak and other subsidiary companies.
